I would like to thank Erin for her kindness, patience, expertise and thoroughness in assisting me last week. She actually went over both my policies with a fine tooth comb per my request with patience and a great attitude. I wanted to make sure I was getting enough coverage to cover my needs and others in any situation. Erin didn't try to convince me to add additional coverage that I didn't need so my premium would go up to benefit Statefarm. If I decided to change my previous choices, she didn't get an attitude, she was still very plesant. Even though we were on the phone, I could sense her expertise, thoroughness, & warm friendly personality in her voice that some customer service doesn't demonstrate on the phone. They get rude, abrupt and impatient. It was truly a pleasure speaking with Erin. As they say "Some people never meet a stranger " well this is Erin because she becomes your friend. Thanks Erin!🙂

Gerald and his team are awesome! They take great care of us and make sure that we have all of the coverages that we need with our rapidly changing family!!

I'd give zero stars if I could. They've been jerking us around for months and months, we've got everything we need to claim our roof but they keep dodging us and pulling shiesty moves to avoid accepting our claim. Don't waste your time with state farm go with any other insurance company you can find cus state farm is the worst. What they're doing should be illegal. You take my money and do nothing for me. We can't get a hold of anyone basically ever.

I highly recommend Gerald and his team! They have wonderful customer service, very friendly, and knowledgeable.
