Wow, look at all these glowing 5-star reviews from "customers," all with perfect grammar and only one Google review - I wonder what kind of budget you have for those. My actual experience with State Farm and this agency has been nothing short of a nightmare: rude, unprofessional staff, horrendous claims processing, and a steady stream of misinformation from State Farm. Gerald, I look forward to speaking with you when you return from your "international travel" next week. Though, let's be honest - you are probably sitting in your office, reading my review, and dodging my calls.
